Why is it important to build the foundation of fine-motor skills early on?
Fine motor skills are essential because they help our children gain independence with self-care tasks, such as dressing, feeding themselves, bathing, etc. They are also very important for school because they involve activities, such as cutting with scissors, writing with a pencil, and typing on a keyboard. By contributing to the development of the fine motor skills of our children, we are helping them to succeed in future activities.
